St. Patrick's Day

St. Patrick was a patron saint of ireland and is one of christianity’s most widely known figures.  Saint Patrick, at age sixteen, was captured by Irish raiders and spent several years as a slave in Ireland. It was during this time that he learned the various rituals, customs, and language of Druids, and it was these people that he eventually evangelized. So basically we celebrate st. patrick’s day because it remembers that st. patrick one of ireland's patron saint who ministered christianity in Ireland during the fifth century. We celebrate it on march 17 because it's the day he passed away. We wear green because st. patrick is said to have used the shamrock to explain the holy trinity to the pagan irish

So basically what this quote is saying is that the materials that are given to us doesn't matter because the thing that can't be given to us is a true heart. We should all learn that in the end none of these materials will matter, what will matter is the kind of heart you had. The thing that defines you as a person that is something no one could ever take from you. We need more people in this world with a true heart because nowadays all we're seeing is detrimental things happening. We need to come together . We need to have a pure heart.

In my opinion you can't really predict your future but you can guide yourself and may lead you to good things in your future. But you can create little goals that will lead you to setting more goals and bigger ones. That's your first step making goals. Then from there you  just  start to achieve them. Every time you achieve one goal you're one step closer to a bright future. Like I said you can’t predict your future you can only guide yourself into the right life.

What Otto is trying to say is that before you take action of  something  you should always ask yourself is it right or wrong. this is because you never what to take action not knowing if your right or wrong and you always have to act accordingly because its like showing manners. I feel that this statement is very true because it setting  us a great example on how to act.
