This statement is so true  because manners do maketh man. There’s an example in the movie kingsman. This is true because having good manners is the kind of person you want to be because it shows that you have respect for yourself and respect for others. Of course nobody will like you if you don’t have manners because, then it shows that you no self respect and that you don’t care. It reflects on the type of person you are. It’s always important to show your manners. It also shows that you're smart.

This statement means that if you understand the difference between right and wrong,then you would do the right thing. Because obviously you wouldn't try and do the wrong thing. From what i understand is like saying , if you know it’s not right then why the would you do it. It’s the same thing with the truth like, if it’s not true then why would you say it. This is all common sense and if people do it then obviously it’s because they choose not to. If they choose not to they can hurt people which is not cool so that’s why we should always think before we speak and think before we do.

Thanksgiving And Thanksgiving Day

Thanksgiving Day Started on 1621 by plymouth colonists and Wampanoag Indian.America have held ceremonies to give thanks for successful harvests, for the hope of a good growing season in the early spring, and for other good fortune such as the birth of a child. Giving thanks was, and still is, the primary reason for ceremonies or celebrations.Thanksgiving Day parades are held in some cities and towns on or around Thanksgiving Day. Some parades or festivities also mark the opening of the Christmas shopping season. Some people have a four-day weekend so it is a popular time for trips and to visit family and friends.

"Doing what is right,fair and honorable is more important than winning or loosing."

This statement I feel is trying to say that if something happens loosing or winning wont mater. What matters is that you choose the right thing to do. Or it could mean not to be a sore loser because if anything you did the right thing. You always have to be fair if you win or loose. You loose with honor and if you win , you win with honor. Winning doesn't matter neither does loosing. In the end all that matters is that you have to do what is right be fair and be honorable. 

Veterans Day

Veterans day is a holiday for the anniversary of the end of World War 1 to honor US veterans and victims of all wars. Veterans day is on November 11. The whole purpose of Veterans day is to honor the end of World War 1. Its important to honor Veterans day because they fought for our country and without them who would. Its also important because its a way of acknowledging the sacrifices they have made while serving their country. I could share my light on the greenlight a vet map. I could also donate, fly a flag, ask someone about their service, write a postcard, and visit a VA hospital. I think its special that we still honor our veterans because in the end they still fought for our country.

What I understood from this statement is that if we want to respect yourself and other people you have to have courage for yourself. You have to have the courage to say no the bad things in this world. Also, you have to  face the truth even if its difficult. We have to face the truth because it is the right thing to do. Of course we always have to do and choose the right thing because it is right. If we use these things in our everyday life then we would be living our life with integrity.

This proverb is saying that if you hang out with good people then you yourself will do good. This is because  good people will lead you to do good and they will encourage you to choose the right path. If you were to be friends with the wrong people then they would encourage you to to bad things. For example , if you have a test on Friday and you have good friends they would tell you to go study with   them. So they always help you choose the right . I f you were to have bad friends they would tell you to go out with them to a party  and that's why you choose the right people to hang out with.
